SLEWING BEARINGS WITH ONE ROW OF CROSSED ROLLER BEARINGS, NO GEAR TEETH, STANDARD SERIES (PRECISE) OR PRELOADED

Description
ISB slewing bearings in the NR1 standard series have one row of crossed roller bearings separated by spacers in Nylon and no gear teeth. They are comprised of forged rings, which are then machined to form an extremely rigid structure with square section rings. The roller bearings rotate with very little clearance between the rollers and the raceways. The deep fixing hole is indispensable and is always adapted for maximum performance. ISB slewing bearings in the NR1 standard series have standard market dimensions with single upper and lower lip seals in NBR. They are supplied pre-greased.

Advantages
ISB slewing bearings in the NR1 standard series with crossed rollers are particularly suitable for maintaining precision and rigidity when loaded and in the event of significant and unexpected load variations. They have been designed to distribute any type of weight from any direction, whether axial or radial, onto the raceways.

Special technical features
ISB slewing bearings in the NR1 standard series with crossed rollers can also be preloaded (ER1.14 PR series).

The main applications in which ISB slewing bearings in the NR1 standard series are used, are:
* welding positioners;
* lifting equipment;
* capping machines;
* reels;
* machine tools;
* etc.
